North Surveys are Mapping, Hydrographic, Cadastral (Property Boundary) and Engineering Surveying Specialists, including all elements of Urban and Rural Planning. Our expertise is in Pre-design, Civil Construction, and Building Surveys, with an emphasis on major infrastructure. Our forte is in the planning, implementation and supervision of major civil projects with regard to surveying, mapping and data management.

South Pine Sports Venue: Brendale

Undertaking of sports community consultation and create development master plan (and some working drawings) for Stage 1 of the venue. This master plan lead the development of the initial 28 hectares from 1994 to 2009, with a capital cost of approximately $12 million and providing facilities for over 4500 users.
North Surveys also recorded and documented the underground services which provided a huge cost saving to the community as the development matured.

Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) secured an additional 44 hectares and in 2009 our master plan was adopted by MBRC for the benchmarking and creation of a revised master plan to incorporate the extra land (Stages 2 and 3).
